Innovation, creativity and the limitless prospects of design energises and inspires me. I am visual thinker who is passionate about brand, motion and commercial design.
Studying Graphic Communication and Illustration at Loughborough University I have gained an array of transferable skills that apply to different design fields, such as app interface design, augmented reality, animation, branding and so on. This allows me to apply myself to multi-disciplinary design roles. Being an ideas person, I am enthusiastic to push the boundaries of design with consideration to the parameters set. Always relishing brainstorming, I have learnt how to execute my ideas with effective visual communication, captivating the target audience.
Connected : A visual identity campaign and motion type project aimed to connect people together during Lockdown. The concept was a multi-platform streamed music festival, collaborating with DJs broadcasting from their home to yours. The charity fundraising event was designed to promote positivity, create community and bring Joy.
BBC Lingo : A entry for a D&AD brief - branding, augmented reality and app design project.
BBC Lingo is a multi-modal, data driven language app that generates personalised topics for you to learn. Translate on the go, using the apps inbuilt AR camera feature to detect text and objects in the physical space around you. The BBC Lingo app collects data from your ‘My Lingo’ translations to sort an arrangment of user specific content for you memorise. This enhanced process enables you to learn transferrable language skills through relatable topics that interest you.
