Together - The purpose of this project is to create a fun game using the components that created the 'three islands' used by child safe guarding practitioners. This project encourages not only interaction, but enhances creativity, understanding of emotion, self-confidence, laughter, and fun!
After researching parent/guardian relationships with children, and being in contact with social workers, I discovered the three islands strategy. This idea has been used in lots of variations, but has never been created into an interactive game for children and parents/guardians to do on their own. My project started off as a way to help prisoners relationships with their children, after researching I decided a board game would be the best way to achieve this within a prison - although the game isn't only for prisoners, any parent/guardian can play with their child to encourage their relationships and improve their bonds.

During my degree I discovered a passion for branding and illustration, which stems from my more general interests within the creative industries. I'm excited by new briefs where I can experiment with new styles, different target audiences and look forward to new challenges. I love looking at colour themes and typography and noticing how the whole world uses graphics in completely unique ways.
My academic projects have a wide range. From branding a beginners drag queen makeup line as a response to the brief that asks you to question your own personal interests and intentions for the direction of your work, to a campaign for an eco-friendly plantable calendar as an answer to creating an innovative new product derived/made from an industrial line of waste.
