Concept art for D&AD New Blood Awards: Rare brief
Part of my group's submission to the Rare & Microsoft Studios D&AD New Blood Brief. We outlined a framework to a cooperative game and player experience, before developing the different elements to visualise our concept. My role within the team was to produce concept art that sold the dramatic and epic narrative moments of our game.

Hunter; Hunted - A GR: Breakpoint short story
A comic adaptation of a short story ... Hunter; Hunted - written by Matthew Sylvester - is a side story to the Ubisoft game, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. The comic allowed me to demonstrate sequential imagery - a different form of visual narrative to my other projects - serving more as a concept, demonstrating the subject's potential as a serial, animatic, interactive comic or even a short animation. I intend to complete Part II and develop it further.

Labours of Hercules
Inspired by the sculptures, vases and art of Classical Greece, the paintings of the High Renaissance and the fantasy painters of today, this digital painting is an amalgamation of Hercules' twelve labours.

Using illustration skills to conceptualise ideas and narratives.
In my last year I have been taking my artistic talents and finding commercial applications, focusing on narrative and the different ways in which it is visualised; imagining compositions, sequences and concepts with future opportunities in sectors such as games, film, animation and others. A background and proficiency in a variety of traditional media lead me to pursue attaining realism in my work. Now, I am using those talents to create more grounded yet exciting visualisations that lead onto stronger outcomes.
