Through illustration, my work focuses on storytelling and visual narrative. Inspired by different cultures and striving to create new visual responses.
My strengths lie in my work as an illustrator, with a strong interest in character design and graphic narrative. My work is inspired by folklore and culture, as demonstrated through my dissertation research, which explored the relationship between storytelling and its visual outcome.
During my placement year, I gained experience in the fields of graphic and textile print design, widening my knowledge of the design industry.
Ultimately, my career aim is to bring stories to life, communicating visually as a freelance illustrator, through a visual language that inspires imagination, thought and new ideas.
