Christopher Griffiths

Christopher Griffiths is a print designer from South Wales, whose work is often influenced by personal experiences.

‘A Journey to Serenity’ is an interior collection, targeted at oriental style commercial spaces, such as boutique hotels, bars and restaurants. The inspiration for this collection came from a trip around Asia and being immersed in the delights of the culture. This collection boasts a variety of statement prints, as well as complimentary coordinates, in a rich and unique colour palette. The aim being, to put together a collection of prints that work harmoniously together, creating a space where you can breathe deeply, and feel totally serene.
Chris's work explores pattern, through mark making, and experimenting with different styles of drawing. As well as working the old fashioned way, Chris also has a very good knowledge and understanding of working digitally. He has a very confident approach when it comes to use of colour, and a strong ability for colour matching and dyeing fabrics. Chris has a keen interest in interior design, and experience working in a fashion environment, making him well suited for a career in either field.
