Ornate Nouveau fabric collection
My Final Collection, Ornate Nouveau, showcases large-scale eccentric prints which radiate life and colour.

A 3 metre Screen Print on Silk Satin using opaque pigment in colour way 'Rene'.
Screen-printed half drop repeat inspired by Rene Lalique's Art Nouveau Jewellery on Silk Satin to create texture and shine.
Collection of statement cushions
The heart and concept of my collection has been inspired by my passion for colour, pattern and my enthusiasm to create unique, striking patterns that can bring homes to life.

Lucy Cross
Lucy Cross specialises in creating unique, innovative and trend-driven designs for high-end interiors. The main influences have come from her passion for detail, colour and photography, taking inspiration from the natural world to create highly detailed pieces which tell a story through layering of imagery.
After graduating, Lucy Cross will follow her passion of creating exquisite and luxurious prints within the Interiors Industry. She is keen to develop her ideas in these areas and pursue a career in print design in the UK and internationally. ‘Ornate Nouveau’ is a high-end Interiors Collection influenced by her visit to Harrods extravagant Art Nouveau Food Hall where she was struck by the amazing Art Nouveau architecture and beautiful detailing on the ceiling and walls. This collection will invite nature into your home by displaying attributes of the decorative, sensual, and uncompromising theme of Art Nouveau. The Collection combines linear qualities with detailed drawings, producing full-content designs and co-ordinate prints through traditional Screen Printing and digital methods, on a range of luxury fabrics, wallpapers, and sophisticated prints.

• Interpreting and working closely to a brief

• Assisted with Screen Printing during my Placement at Timorous Beasties

• Excel: including cataloging designs in spreadsheets and updating new collections
• Working independently in a focused and organised way to meet fast deadlines
• Visited clients and supported sales meetings; supported Trade Shows and prepared client exhibition spaces
